Are you a people-person with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences? 3C Innovations is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Specialist to represent AT&T’s cutting-edge wireless, internet, and entertainment products. In this role, you’ll lead by example—delivering personalized solutions, motivating your team, and driving results in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Engage directly with customers, presenting AT&T’s products and helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
- Coach and support a team of Brand Ambassadors to strengthen their communication and sales skills.
- Set performance goals, track results, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build a positive, team‑oriented culture centered around accountability, growth, and exceptional service.
- Stay up‑to‑date on AT&T promotions, technology, and product updates to keep your team informed and competitive.
- Collaborate with management on in‑store events, sales campaigns, and community outreach efforts to boost visibility and engagement.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team toward success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Goal‑oriented attitude and strong drive to achieve results.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in a dynamic retail or event‑based environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available to work Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- 100% in‑person role (in‑store and event‑based locations)
- Performance‑based pay with unlimited commission potential and weekly bonuses

Job Type: Full‑time
Compensation: $800 – $1,200 per week (base + commissions)
