IPQC Technician

** What You’ll Do
** The In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Technician is responsible for day-to-day final quality control inspection in the production process and ensuring that production metrics are met. The IPQC Technician will focus on defect prevention of the final product.

Responsibilities and Essential Function
* Inspection Area Setup  + Tool/Equipment setup verification (torque spec, ESD control, etc.)  + SOP verification  + 6S actions, knowledge and procedures
* Monitor the Quality of Output  + Perform visual inspection of 100% of final products.  + Identify issues and corrective actions on a real-time basis  + Create a report for each final product inspected  + Perform Audits based on the request of leader
* Issue Resolution  + Escalate issues impacting the production process and communicate to:
- Lead    - Supervisor    - Necessary departments
** What You’ll Bring
*** High School diploma or higher
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
* Attention to details with high focus on Quality and Process / Product Improvement
* Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
* Requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, lift and stand for extended periods of time
* Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be $17 hourly. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
