Join Yusen Logistics as an SAP S/4 Hana Finance & Procurement Application Support Engineer. We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to support our implementation of the SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud solution, focusing on Finance (FI) and Procurement (Sourcing & Procurement) modules.

Salary Range: $74,923 – $119,045.

Position is hybrid and based in Secaucus, NJ. The role will primarily involve critical support for the Finance IT Portfolio team, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP S/4

HANA Public Cloud.

• Application Support & Maintenance (70% Focus)
  • Provide Level 2/3 functional support for end‑users across global Finance and Procurement processes.
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve production support issues, escalating to SAP support channels when necessary and managing incidents through resolution.
  • Execute in‑app configuration and fine‑tuning within the SAP S/4
    
    HANA Public Cloud based on approved change requests.
  • Support the semi‑annual release adoption process, including regression testing and ensuring business continuity with new SAP features.
  • Manage user roles and authorizations within Finance and Procurement application areas.
• Procurement Focus & Implementation Support (30% Focus)
  • Act as the primary project lead and functional support for the ongoing procurement redesign project.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation partners to define and configure new Procurement functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain key integration points between SAP S/4
    
    HANA and external procurement or invoice management systems using APIs/iFlows (SAP BTP).
• Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Identify process gaps and recommend standardized solutions in line with SAP Best Practices for the Public Cloud environment.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including training materials, configuration guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• 3+ years of hands‑on functional experience with SAP ERP systems, with at least 1 year directly supporting SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud (or Private Cloud).
• Deep functional knowledge and configuration experience in SAP FI (General Ledger, AP/AR, AA, CO).
• Strong functional knowledge of the SAP Sourcing & Procurement module (MM/P2P) in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience with the SaaS model of S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud, including in‑app extensibility and configuration tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage end‑to‑end incident resolution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), particularly for integration (APIs, Integration Suite) and analytics.
• Experience with Project Management (PMO).
• Familiarity with other integrated modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory Management).
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud certification in Finance or Procurement.
