Property Tax Manager position in a constantly evolving tax function. Take on new skills and responsibilities and leverage mentorship and training programs.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with clients, review staff work product, drive delivery of services to meet deadlines, develop internal team members, and manage engagement economics.
- Continuously build technical competence keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact clients.
- Demonstrate understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations.
- Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services that exceed client expectations.
- Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
- Prepare quality, practical approaches to client tax situations and arrive at appropriate conclusions.
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of Scoped years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
- CPA or JD.
- Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed, and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- Proven record in a professional services environment.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package based on performance; base salary ranges $105,100–$192,600 for all U.S. locations, higher ranges for major metros.
