Key Details- Patient Volume: Approximately 12,000 annual visits steady and predictable for focused patient care.

- No Trauma: Low-acuity cases, emphasizing core emergency medicine without surgical trauma responsibilities.
- EMR System: Meditech intuitive and streamlined for seamless documentation.

- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based emergency care to a diverse patient population.
- Manage acute and urgent conditions across all ages in a fast-paced yet supportive ER.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, specialists, and hospital administration.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to enhance patient outcomes.
- Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
- Active NJ medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required.

This physician/APP role requires stamina in fast-paced healthcare: prolonged standing/walking (8-12 hrs/shift); rapid emergency movement (sprints, crowds); lifting/carrying 25-50 lbs equipment; pushing/pulling 100 lbs (beds/carts) with aid; frequent bending/stooping/kneeling for care; constant reaching/fine motor skills (suturing/IVs); occasional climbing/balancing; tolerating stressors (temps, noise, fluids, hazards) during irregular shifts/on-call/infection risks accommodations for disabilities; varies by setting (clinic/ER).
