Senior Site Safety Manager - Data Center Construction

Nova Safety Associates is a safety consulting firm dedicated to providing proactive safety services to clients. Our experienced health and safety professionals work closely with companies to meet safety needs and ensure project success. We provide onsite health and safety professionals, safety consulting services and site inspection audits to our clients.

This is a full-time on-site Site Safety Manager for a Data Center construction project located in Secaucus, NJ. The role involves overseeing safety protocols, conducting safety training, leading accident investigations, and overseeing compliance with EHS standards and regulations on the project.

• Construction safety lead experience on data center construction projects.
• CSP or CHST or equivalent.
• At least 5 years construction safety experience on out of the ground new building construction projects or full demolition projects.
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, and other safety codes and best practices.
