Job Description
Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr
Requirements / Must Have- Two to six years of high-accountability professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve challenges.
- Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or large teams preferred.
- Experience in business operations, consulting, startup environments, military leadership, or high-performance hospitality preferred.
- Experience coordinating strategic projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated record of progressive responsibility and professional growth.
- Manage executive calendar architecture and optimize scheduling priorities.
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Develop decision-support briefs that distill complex information into clear summaries.
- Perform inbox triage and draft professional communications.
- Coordinate strategic projects and track progress to completion.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Support senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Confidence to provide respectful pushback when appropriate.
