Job Description

Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr

Requirements / Must Have
  • Two to six years of high-accountability professional experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
Experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or large teams preferred.
  • Experience in business operations, consulting, startup environments, military leadership, or high-performance hospitality preferred.
  • Experience coordinating strategic projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated record of progressive responsibility and professional growth.
Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendar architecture and optimize scheduling priorities.
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Develop decision-support briefs that distill complex information into clear summaries.
  • Perform inbox triage and draft professional communications.
  • Coordinate strategic projects and track progress to completion.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
  • Support senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Should Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Confidence to provide respectful pushback when appropriate.
  • Growth mindset with interest in long-term professional development.
