We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our soft home product line
. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in product development, a deep understanding of home textiles, and a passion for design-driven consumer goods. The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding products through the full lifecycle, from initial concept and development through launch and post-market performance, while ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, brand standards, and business objectives.
This position plays a critical role in expanding our product assortment, strengthening brand identity, and driving innovation within the soft home category. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable balancing creativity with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities Product Development & Lifecycle Management- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the soft home product line, from concept ideation through production, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate closely with design teams to develop new collections that align with brand identity, aesthetic direction, and customer demand
- Translate market insights and trend research into actionable product strategies and development briefs
- Ensure product specifications, materials, and construction meet quality, cost, and performance standards
- Work cross-functionally with design, sourcing, production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution across all stages of development
- Partner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage timelines, costs, vendor relationships, and production feasibility
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning, launch strategies, and go-to-market planning
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends, consumer preferences, competitive landscapes, and emerging materials or technologies within the soft home category
- Use data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for assortment expansion or improvement
- Manage multiple product development timelines simultaneously while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Maintain detailed product documentation, including line plans, costing sheets, and production calendars
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues related to sourcing, production, or quality
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and brand expectations
- Champion brand consistency across all product categories and collections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Design, Business, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably within home textiles, soft goods, or consumer products
- Strong understanding of the product development process, from concept through production
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and sourcing partners
- Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and construction techniques within the soft home or textile industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
