Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The business development analyst is responsible for generating business and financial analysis to support the PLS (Professional Lab Services) business. This individual will understand various data points and create deal analyses under the direction of the Director, BD. The BD Analyst works independently or within a team to meet customer requirements and deadlines. They prepare summary documentation and PowerPoint presentations as needed for PLS leaders and assist in developing strategies and tools used to evaluate PLS opportunities.
The position also supports the Director of Customer Solutions in all PLS business analysis for existing customers, working to develop plans to upsell, expand margins, and execute contracts.
- Generate and manipulate data provided by internal and external customers and organize into PLS operational and profitability analysis.
- Interact with Finance team to validate business development model and key assumptions.
