Position OverviewOutside direct sales role focused on a dedicated territory. You will target small and medium‑sized businesses, meeting owners, benefits managers, and employees. Present products to groups of 50–100+ as needed.
Core Responsibilities- Use our customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow your client portfolio.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Schedule meetings to assess clients’ insurance needs.
- Attend regular calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
- Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referral leads, and re‑serve existing clients.
- Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and report your weekly schedule to your manager.
- Record daily work statistics and sales activity each day.
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willingness to obtain it; course and fees reimbursed).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (eligible candidates within 6 months of graduation or with relevant sales/athletic background).
