Job Description$10,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Eligible Candidates)
$10,000 Relocation Bonus (Eligible Candidates)
Shift: Nights
Responsibilities- Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
- Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services.
- Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and unit‑specific data for process improvement initiatives.
- Conducts initial patient assessments within expected time frames, initiates consults as indicated, and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge planning needs.
- Maintains safe practices by demonstrating unit‑specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Associate’s of Nursing (Required). Bachelor’s of Nursing. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement. Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement. Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement. Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body. Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range$31.53 - $50.40
