Shift: Nights

• Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.
• Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services.
• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and unit‑specific data for process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts initial patient assessments within expected time frames, initiates consults as indicated, and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge planning needs.
• Maintains safe practices by demonstrating unit‑specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor’s of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
