We are interviewing physical therapists for our outpatient/inpatient position in Lake Placid, FL. Full-time and part-time options are available.

Our caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- On the outpatient side, we carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative orthopedic caseload.
- In the inpatient setting, we are on a cohesive multidisciplinary team. All treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus.
We partner with Advent Health to provide inpatient and outpatient therapy services. We keep a therapist-first mindset allowing therapists to feel supported and understood when delivering services. Providing therapy in both settings allows for a great diverse patient population.
How We Do ItWe maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.

Requirements for this position include the following
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
- Annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners)
- Graduated caseload ramp-up time
- Paid professional association dues
- Paid licensure renewal
- Unlimited Med Bridge option
- New graduate mentoring and onboarding
