The Facility Director  of Medical Staff Serviceswillfacilitateimplementation of and compliance with credentialing initiatives/processes at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital and HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital. Theincumbentisexpected tomaintaina working knowledge of applicable HCAHealthcareand Parallon Credentialing Processing Center (CPC) policies, accreditation standards and regulations associated with medical staff services,and play a key role in the integration of

HCA Clinical Strategies and HCA systems. On-site time will be divided equally between the two facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field of study or an equivalent combination of training and experience, required
• Minimum of 5 years comprehensive credentialing experience in an acute care hospital or CVO setting
• Certified Professional Medical Services Management and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist, required or to be obtained within 1 year of start date

HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is a 126‑bed acute hospital. We offer a full range of Emergency, Surgical and Inpatient and Outpatient services. We have served Sebring, Florida, and the surrounding counties since 1965. We offer advanced technology, attracting the most qualified physicians and surgeons in the area. Our Emergency Room is the area’s only dedicated Senior ER. This features designated parking and hearing amplifiers.

This also offers optical devices, specific discharge planning and personal scheduling assistance. All patient directives are clear, easing tension.
