Position Overview

  • Collaborate as part of a specialized four-person BCBA team to provide behavioral support across various school sites based on immediate district needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success across all grade levels.
  • Partner with teachers and school staff to provide real-time coaching and expert consultation, ensuring behavioral strategies are seamlessly integrated into the classroom.
  • Monitor student progress through systematic data collection, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote positive academic and social-emotional outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (Required)
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification issued by the State of Florida
