Job Description
- Assesses clinical workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions or functionality.
- Collaborates with departments, hospital leadership, end users, vendors, and associates to ensure effective and efficient operational system functions and workflow.
- Provides education on new applications or functionality, including train‑the‑trainer, Service Line Expert, upgrade, and other training as necessary.
- Shares application tips with clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and guide best practices.
- Assists customers with customization of the application for unique department scenarios using application tools within the electronic health record foundation.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of Nursing, Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) – Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Informatics Nursing – Board Certified (NI-BC) – Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
