Advent Health Medical Group is seeking Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join our growing practices in Sebring, Florida.

We are looking for a clinician with experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in an inpatient/outpatient hybrid model.

• 171‑Bed Hospital expanding to 275 in 2026
• Mon‑Thur 8 a.m.–5 p.m. / Friday 8 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Inpatient/Outpatient hybrid model
• 4 locations – clinicians need to work in one clinic, may float in another
• 3 Hospitals – Sebring main facility, Lake Placid for rounding only
• 8 Cardiologists – adding more due to volume
• 4 Interventional Cardiologists – adding more due to volume
• 1 Electrophysiologist – adding another due to volume
• Open Heart program planned 2027
• APP support – inpatient and outpatient
• EPIC EMR

• Collegial camaraderie
• Family‑feel rotation of call coverage – fair and not heavy with volume of cardiologists

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease
• Medical Doctor with or without US residency, current US work visa
