WPC operates across three complementary revenue streams:

• Grab & Go Kiosks – Supplying businesses and wellness centers with freshly prepared, healthy meals.
• Subscription Meal Prep – Providing ready-to-eat, balanced meals for individuals who want nutritious convenience waiting for them in their home fridges.
• Café Operations – Offering a warm, community-focused space where guests can enjoy bowls, healthy snacks, coffee, tea and fresh daily offerings.

Our goal is to make healthy eating simple, scalable, and sustainable.

Our operating plan includes a phased launch beginning March 2026, window service live by April to May, full summer operations June through October, and a winter scale-back supported by kiosk-driven revenue.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef to oversee all kitchen operations and help shape WPC’s evolving culinary identity. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who wants to grow with the brand long-term
, lead a team, and innovate within a company that’s expanding into multiple food channels.

You’ll work closely with our co-founders

Urban (who leads recipe development, ordering, and logistics) and Urban (who leads business development, marketing, and brand building) to maintain excellence across our café and production kitchen while continuously refining and expanding our menu.

• Lead daily production for bowls and window service items with strong consistency and quality control
• Manage, train, and develop a small team (2 to 3 employees initially)
• Maintain kitchen standards for organization, cleanliness, and food safety
• Coordinate inventory, pars, food cost awareness, and supplier communication with leadership
• Collaborate on recipe development, seasonal updates, and menu refinement
• Build repeatable systems that scale across subscriptions, kiosks, and cafe operations

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong people management and a steady, reliable leadership style
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Belief in healthy, high protein, omnivore-friendly eating
• Collaborative and community focus
• Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to grow with the brand
• Culinary degree a plus, not required

Base salary with planned annual step increases tied to performance, leadership contribution, and role growth:

• Year 1: $75,000
• Year 2: $80,000 (after 12 months)
• Year 3: $85,000 (after 24 months)
• After Year 3: $90,000 (after 36 months)

Equity: Eligible after 3 years of continuous employment (details provided during Year
3).

• PTO: 80 hours per year (2 weeks), accrued at 3.08 hours per biweekly paycheck
• Sick time: 40 hours per year (5 days)
