Travel OT jobs in Sebastopol, CA are available for a 13-week assignment in a post-acute SNF setting, working Monday through Friday with 8-hour day shifts and a 40-hour workweek. You will provide occupational therapy services to post-acute patients, with an 85% productivity expectation, and use Rehab Optima for documentation. The role requires a minimum of 3 months of post-grad SNF experience, and Rehab Optima experience is a major plus.

A current California OT license is required.
