Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a Materials/Inventory Control Coordinator for our Kent, WA Warehouse to oversee procurement, order processing, and inventory accuracy. In this role, you will ensure optimal stock levels, support production schedules, and drive timely replenishment.

You will also partner with logistics and production teams to monitor inventory flow, reconcile variances, and enhance storage and material‑handling processes.

Day shift Monday – Friday 4 or 5am start. In order to be considered you must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong math skills

Main Accountabilities

Maintain all physical inventory of equipment and supplies
Perform record keeping in storage warehouse
Keep warehouse address system
Make sure proper First in First Out (FIFO) of products is being followed
Ensure proper handling of expired products
Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
Manage rotating supplies and the imbalance of these goods
Audit orders and report shortages, backorders, and damage
Determine quantity of warehouse goods to order
Coordinate return of goods following return guidelines
Interact with internal and external customers
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or related experience
2-3 years materials / inventory control experience
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Must have strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets and inventory management systems
Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
SAP preferred
