The General Utility Associate
is a highly flexible, cross-functional role that serves as a critical support position across warehouse operations, client service locations, equipment support, and refreshment/breakroom environments.
The General Utility Associate plays a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations, from the warehouse to the breakroom and beyond, and is essential to delivering consistent service, maintaining equipment and product standards, and supporting overall market success. This position requires adaptability, reliability, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to assist wherever the operation needs support.
COMPENSATION
:
The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Support
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming product and supplies.
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or deployment to client locations.
- Perform inventory counts, maintain FIFO practices, and complete required inventory documentation.
- Load, unload, and transport products using carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, loading docks, storage areas, and shared spaces.
Refreshments & Client Location Support
- Stock, rotate, and replenish food, beverage, and refreshment products at client locations.
- Monitor product freshness, par levels, and merchandising standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain breakroom equipment and refreshment areas.
- Communicate professionally with client employees regarding products, service needs, and new offerings.
- Identify and report service issues, product concerns, or competitive activity to leadership.
Equipment & Service Support
- Assist with basic equipment cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Support preventative maintenance activities such as equipment cleaning, minor adjustments, and routine filter changes as required.
- Accurately document work completed using company-provided technology.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and assigned equipment in a clean and organized manner.
General Utility & Facility Support
- Perform general cleaning, sanitation, and light custodial tasks as assigned.
- Support safety, sanitation, and OSHA/SDS standards across all work areas.
- Follow all company policies related to safety, asset protection, and customer service.
- Support special projects, coverage needs, and operational priorities as assigned.
This role requires flexibility; duties and responsibilities may change or expand based on operational needs.
QualificationsPhysical Demands & Work Environment
- Lift, carry, push, and pull products and equipment up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.
- Perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and kneeling.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Operate in warehouse, client-site, and breakroom environments.
- Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms as applicable.
