The Fulfillment Order Clerk is responsible for accurately pulling and preparing orders for the next stage of fulfillment and shipping. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment that supports a wide variety of jobs and customers.

• Follow the labeling procedures for each type of order.
• Accurately pick multiple customer orders based on pick sheets for the day.
• Use proper procedures by package type to either stage, or by placing on the conveyor for packing clerk to prep for shipping.
• Meet quality and productivity measures as required.
• Label products for major online retailer shipments.
• Crosstrain to process daily outgoing orders.
• Check-in shipments from vendors, put them away, and/or move stock where necessary.
• Identify and label inventory.
• Package inventory and palletize per order requirements.
• General warehouse duties such as restocking shelves, preparing boxes to be used later, etc.
• Perform all tasks to ensure a safe work environment, following all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties assigned.

• At least two (2) years of experience in a fulfillment or other inventory control environment.
• Experience with forklifts or pickers preferred.
• Certification of all equipment used in this position will be obtained from DCG programs, such as Forklift or high‑pickers.
• May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or stand for long periods of time.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

This position works on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
