You will...

A Luggage Supervisor will have daily contact with the clients, employees, and guests staying at the resorts. The position requires outstanding guest service skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible for leading and directing the luggage team to provide personalized luggage delivery service to our guests
  • Manage and efficiently communicate with our client, employees and management staff to maintain the operation and any changes
  • Maintain good employee & guest relations;
    Handle employee and guest problems in an efficient and effective manner
  • Client Relations - Effectively communicate with Disney and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from our client
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement in company objectives
  • Assist the operation when needed
  • Perform other duties as requested
You have...

  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • Complete all required training including airport compliance
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lift up to 75lbs
  • Pass a criminal background screening
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
Appearance Guidelines
  • Appearance guidelines: professional business-like image; dress, grooming, and personal hygiene should be appropriate to the work situation and consistent with the Company’s standards
  • With the exception of a fully-grown mustache, beard, or goatee all men must be clean shaven
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed; any tattoos must be covered by the uniform or other means
  • Clean and well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift
  • Additional requirements as specified by management

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers, to communicate with customers and fellow employees, and to sit, reach, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly and move in a relatively quick manner. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range
: $26.00 per hour
