On‑Site Support Specialist – Warehouse Support

Under limited supervision, the On‑Site Support Specialist operates a company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment. The role arranges the most efficient route and provides warehouse support at the branch location as needed. This position works more than 50% of the time at the customer location.

Compensation: $24.83 – $28.96 / hour (varies with experience).

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment as required.
• Sort assignments and arrange the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Organize products in reverse delivery order and load them into delivery vehicle.
• Unload products at customer location and obtain customer signature on packing slip to show proof of delivery.
• Determine which items need to be picked, checked, and shipped from sales order.
• Prepare items for delivery to customer.
• Secure packages to ensure no items are damaged during shipping.
• Assist with restocking products on shelves.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.

• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Ability to document any information obtained from customer during delivery.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Must be able to move up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license and annual review of driving record.
• Internal training and certifications required upon hire.
• May be required to earn safety certifications for specific customers.
