Job DetailsCompensation: Hourly rate $20.74 with a $2.00 shift differential for overnight shift, plus tips. Actual compensation is based on job‑related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Work Schedule: Overnight shift (8 PM – 2 AM) Friday through Sunday.

ResponsibilitiesTransport guests to and from the hotel, hospital, casino, and local areas in a friendly, efficient, courteous manner using safe driving practices. Assist guests with luggage pickup and delivery during arrival and departure. Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
Essential Functions- Shuttle guests to approved pick‑up and destination points, ensuring knowledge of property outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and nearby attractions.
- Communicate courteously by telephone, radio, and in person; greet guests within 30 seconds, use proper salutation and last name, maintain composure under pressure.
- Operate vehicles seating up to fifteen people; conduct pre‑shift inspections of exterior and interior for safety equipment, lights, tires, and mirrors; record and report any malfunctioning items.
- Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA; provide assistance rather than lift services; check and clean wheelchairs; assist guests with vehicle entry/exit, possibly using specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts.
- Shuttle guests to appropriate locations – 40%

- Vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting – 20%
- Provide guest assistance and ensure confidentiality – 20%
Education: High school diploma or GED
Licensure & Certification:
- Valid driver’s license; minimum age 21 due to vehicle leasing contract
- Pass criminal background, MVR, drug screen, and annual/semiannual MVR check
- Complete Wheelchair Safety Training (as applicable)
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Maintain DOT endorsements and bi‑annual physical exam if required
Work Experience: One to three months related experience or equivalent education/experience
Knowledge &
Skills:
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Read/write simple English correspondence
- Understand 24‑hour and military time, rates, and basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with currency
- Efficiently present information in one‑on‑one or small group settings with guests and staff
Must talk/hear, sit/stand for extended periods, handle up to 100 lbs occasionally; outdoor shifts with exposure to extreme heat/cold. Travel up to 5% may be required.
Authority to ActOpens within established procedures; decisions made within operational instructions.
