Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and proactive Dispatcher/Delivery Driver (Customer Ambassador) to join our Seattle team
. This is a customer-facing role that combines delivery logistics with dispatch responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive company vehicles to deliver ARC orders to customers across Seattle, Tacoma, Kent, Auburn, and Bellevue while representing ARC as a professional and approachable ambassador.
- Deliver time-sensitive print projects to customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and professional customer interaction.
- Serve as a Customer Ambassador
, providing excellent service and representing ARC to new and existing clients. - Plan and prioritize deliveries based on customer needs, distance, and location.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, scheduling routine maintenance as needed.
- Drive company vehicles between Seattle, Tacoma, Kent, Auburn, and Bellevue depending on shipments/incoming orders.
- Receive, relay, and document customer requests or complaints.
- Maintain office supplies, packaging, and inventory for deliveries.
- Perform quality control on printed and finished materials according to company standards.
- Package projects for Will-Call, delivery, or shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Assist customer service by answering phones, taking messages, and coordinating requests.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a dispatcher and delivery driver/courier.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of delivery logistics, planning, and execution.
- Proficiency with Windows platform, internet browsers, Excel;
Smartsheet a plus. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and handle media, prints, and substrates without damage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Experience in print or production environments.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Can‑do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
