Lead Dispatcher – Ferguson
Starting at $28.50 and can pay higher based on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with the possibility of an occasional opening shift between 3:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Responsibilities- Communicates with drivers daily on route progress, changes, and issues.
- Assists the team with 15 DOT drivers.
- Works along side the sales team on issues, late deliveries, amendments to route, local pickups, etc.
- Communicates with customers on delivery statuses.
- Ensures material is returned to the correct area.
- Maintains truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, and company compliance.
- Supervises and coordinates truck maintenance with local providers.
- Maintains driver personnel files for compliance.
- Coordinates fleet repairs.
- Coordinates last‑minute additional runs via our truck or courier.
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1+ years of prior dispatching experience required.
- Experience in shipping preferred.
- Prior routing experience a plus.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with Dispatch Track, Geotab, High Jump, and Trilogy software preferred but willingness to learn.
- Well organized, strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
- Out‑of‑the‑box problem solver with a strong sense of urgency.
$21.22 – $35.00 (Monthly for salaried roles / Hourly for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
