Lead Aircraft Fueler –

Key Responsibilities- Lead team members while performing fueling/defueling services in a safe and efficient manner
- Drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft
- Train employees during on‑the‑job training and/or airline‑specific training or assign them to work with an experienced agent
- Accurately account for fuel transactions
- Perform daily quality‑control checks on equipment
- Maintain equipment in a clean and functional condition
- Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Defuel aircraft as directed
- Comply with attendance standards
- Assist Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure they perform duties professionally, safely and efficiently, according to company/carrier standards
- Prior aircraft fueling experience required
- Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the Oil and Gas industry (preferred)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Pass pre‑employment color vision test
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen
- Proficient reading, writing and speaking in English
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs while handling fueling carts and hoses
- Basic math calculation ability
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass background check and obtain U.S. Customs seal
- Available and flexible for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays

The work environment involves outdoor activities, various inclement weather conditions, aviation‑related fumes, noise levels, and wearing safety equipment (goggles, gloves, boots, respirator, hearing protection, back support). Tasks include lifting, pulling, pushing, rotating, twisting, climbing of high tanks, squatting, kneeling, overhead arm movements, and handling weights up to 70 lbs. Cleaning and chemical exposures may occur. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, sitting, hand usage, reaching, climbing, balancing, speaking, and hearing. Opening and closing 16" product delivery pipelines, twisting and pulling motions, and occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs are required. Additional duties may include digging, shoveling, snow removal, debris removal, and moving weights up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
