Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Job Summary
:
QXO is redefining digital commerce by delivering seamless and scalable eCommerce experiences through advanced software systems. The Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack will design and maintain eCommerce services and user interfaces, focusing on performance and scalability.

Responsibilities
:

• Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce services and user interfaces.

• Implement scalable, low-latency systems that meet performance and security goals.

• Build intuitive and performant front-end experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features.

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.

• Participate in design and code reviews.

• Support the continuous improvement of system reliability and operational excellence.

• Contribute to shared libraries, platform components, and design systems.

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Go).

• Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Type Script.

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience developing and maintaining production systems in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred
:

• Experience building commerce, checkout, or personalization systems.

• Familiarity with responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI development.

• Exposure to AI/ML systems or data-driven services.

• Experience with experimentation frameworks, recommendation systems, or search technologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning tools.
