This is a critical role to define how humans interact with our AI. You will own the complete product experience, from conceptual design and interaction patterns to production-quality implementation, crafting interactions with AI that feel natural and human.

This is a critical role to define how humans interact with our AI. You will own the complete product experience, from conceptual design and interaction patterns to production‑quality implementation, crafting interactions with AI that feel natural and human.

  Establish the look an feel of our product. Create high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes that communicate your vision clearly.
• Engineer AI Personas: Configure prompts and model parameters to create distinct AI personalities for different product applications. Build user‑facing controls for personalization and customization.
• Design AI Interactions: Solve the unique challenges of real‑time AI conversations. Design interactions that feel fluid and responsive, accounting for latency, non‑determinism, and streaming responses.
• Rapid Prototyping: Spin up quick prototypes to validate product concepts. Iterate fast, throw away work when needed, and find the right solution through experimentation.

• Product Intuition: You understand the why behind features and actively shape the product direction. You refine mechanics and flows to create the best possible user experience.
• High Design Bar: Exceptional attention to user experience, polish and detail.
• Prototyping Velocity: Comfortable working in a 0‑to‑1 environment with changing requirements. You embrace ambiguity and make high‑impact decisions with minimal oversight.
• Design & Engineering Fluency: You are comfortable in Figma and your code editor. You can design sophisticated interfaces and implement them with high‑quality code.
• Frontend Excellence: Strong command of React and Type Script. You write clean, maintainable code and care about performance and code quality.

• Applied AI: Experience integrating LLM APIs or working with generative models. You understand how to build UIs that gracefully handle AI latency and non‑determinism.
• Hacker DNA: Prior experience as a founder or early‑stage team member. You thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and take full ownership of your work.
