Akkodis is seeking a Software Engineer III for a Contract with a client in North Seattle, WA. Candidates must have strong machine learning expertise with proven capability in building and deploying automated model pipelines.
Rate Range: $78/hour to $79/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Developing automated ML pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying machine translation and NLP models.
- Optimizing distributed data processing workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and model performance.
- Building robust automation tools that support end‑to‑end model lifecycle operations across large‑scale systems.
- Integrating ML models into production environments by collaborating closely with software engineering and QE teams.
- Applying state‑of‑the‑art deep learning methods to handle large datasets and create high‑quality production models.
- Maintaining ML CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable, and high‑performance model development workflows.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience across the ML lifecycle, distributed systems, and cloud computing environments.
- Candidate must have strong proficiency in building, fine‑tuning, and deploying ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Candidate must have demonstrated capability in developing and optimizing automated ML pipelines for large‑scale NLP or machine translation systems.

Pay Details: $78.00 to $79.00 per hour
