Job Description

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

  • The .Net Lead Developer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .NET Core and cloud-native technologies.
  • This role involves leading development teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • The position requires strong expertise in backend services, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and Dev Ops practices.
Requirement / Must Have
  • Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable and secure backend services.
  • Experience building cloud-native components on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with GCP services including Spanner, Firestore, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Google Pub/Sub, Kafka, or other queuing technologies.
  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience conducting code reviews, unit testing, application deployment, and performance tuning.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust backend services using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Define and implement scalable microservices architecture.
  • Ensure adherence to design principles and architectural standards.
  • Analyze architecture requirements and drive effective design, development, validation, and support activities.
  • Contribute to team meetings and troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments.
  • Lead and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for application deployment and monitoring.
Skills
  • C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Google Cloud Platform including GKE, Cloud Run, and App Engine.
  • Cloud Storage, Spanner, and Firestore.
  • Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Service Mesh, and Cloud Armor.
  • API management tools.
  • Pub/Sub and workflow integration.
  • GIT and CI/CD tools.
  • Cloud Monitoring, Logging, and Trace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team leadership and collaboration skills.
Qualification And Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant cloud or .NET certifications are a plus.
