Lead .NET Developer; Onsite

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead .Net Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

• Building and implementing top-notch capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience in back end and front-end development (.Net Framework, C#, Azure cloud services).
• At least 8+ years of experience in development and ability to manage the team deliverables.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues wherever required.
• Providing technical support for clearing bottlenecks and obstacles.
• Collaboration with other cross‑functional teams to ensure high-performance of applications.
• Technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with customers.

• Full stack engineer who has developed both front‑end and back‑end code using .Net Framework, C#, Azure cloud services (Must Have).
• At least 8+ years of experience in development.
• Builds user interfaces and server‑side logic using Microsoft technologies and services.
• Works with databases and APIs.
• Troubleshoots and debugs application issues.
• Participates in all stages of development.

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $ depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
