The Senior Full-Stack Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining computer systems to meet the functional objectives of the business. This role will involve leading the design and implementation of solutions, as well as managing small project teams. The ideal candidate should have expertise in React, Type Script (TS), Kotlin, and AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable computer systems to meet functional objectives.

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems.

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions while managing small project teams.

• Use React and Type Script for front-end development and Kotlin for back-end development.

• Leverage AWS for cloud infrastructure and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support project management efforts.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in React and Type Script for front-end development.

• Proficiency in Kotlin for back-end development.

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.

• Solid understanding of full-stack software architecture and development principles.

• Ability to work on both front-end and back-end tasks.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading small development teams and managing projects.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
