Project

Description:

As a senior backend java developer, you will work closely with client team on design and develop APIs, as well as support team operational work, such as resolving OnCall tickets, unblocking deployment pipeline, maintaining existing API service. Preferred candidates should have 5+ years hands-on experience in API design and development, handling complex dependencies in production environment, and be able to recommend optimal solutions for client to resolve technical difficulties

Responsibilities

• C2C Operational Support. Tasks include triage and resolve tickets, maintaining SLAs for initial response and resolution, resolve software risks reported by automated Client tools, identify and implement software and/or process changes that either improves the customer experience and/or reduces operational effort.
• Voice Contact Service Development. Client is currently building the functionality needed, and migrating customers, in order to fully replace C2C. Tasks include construction, and implementation of new feature enhancements as requested to meet or improve parity with the existing customer experience, using AWS technology.
• C2C Configuration Management Development. C2C Configuration exists in a sub-system outside of the C2C application. Client is replacing the current system due to its high coupling with GACD. Tasks include design, construction and implementation of new feature enhancements as requested to meet or improve parity with the existing customer experience, using AWS technology.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years Java experience
• 3-5 years API Development experience
• 3-5 years AWS experience
