About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• BS in Computer Science, a similar field of study, or comparable work experience
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design
• Experience building and maintaining scalable services, APIs, or front-end applications
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes including CI/CD and automated testing
• Experience in Object-oriented programming and component-based development
• Experience with SQL and relational database design/development
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Experience programming with Java in professional setting
• Experience with Maven, Junit, Angular, Spring Boot, and Intelli
  
  J IDE
• Experience with Distributed Systems, SOAP API design, and Apache Kafka
• Experience with Eclipse or Visual Studio Code IDE's, various plug-ins, Maven, Nexus
• Experience with Git, branching, and merge requests/pull requests
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, security and monitoring

Location:
Bellevue, WA/ Greater Seattle Area

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $70000 – $130000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
