As a Senior Software Engineer on the QXO eCommerce team, you will help design, build, and maintain the core services and user experiences that power our commerce platform. You’ll work closely with product, номера, and other engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that serve millions of users across web and mobile.

• Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce services and user interfaces.
• Implement scalable, low‑latency systems that meet performance and security goals.
• Build intuitive and performant front‑end experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end product features.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Support the continuous improvement of system reliability and operational excellence.
• Contribute to shared libraries, platform components, and design systems.

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more object‑oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Go).
• Experience with modern front‑end technologies and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Type Script.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience developing and maintaining production systems inার cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceject.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience building commerce, checkout, or personalization systems.
• Familiarity with responsive, accessible, and high‑performance UI development.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems or data‑driven services.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, recommendation systems, or search technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning tools.

In compliance with certain Pay Transparency laws, employers are required to disclose a salary range. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but juhul to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

• Base pay range: $170,000 - $235,000
