Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking highly skilled professionals to lead the design and implementation of advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, and modern AI orchestration frameworks to build intelligent, autonomous agents that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
- Architect and develop agentic AI workflows leveraging Semantic Kernel for prompt engineering, memory, and skill orchestration.
- Build and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, integrating multi-modal models and tools.
- Design scalable solutions for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and knowledge-grounded AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into applications and cloud platforms.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of AI solutions.
- 6 years of work experience
- 4 years in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in Generative AI and agentic systems
- Expertise in Semantic Kernel skills, planners, connectors and Azure AI Foundry agents, orchestration
- Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and cloud native architectures
- Experience with prompt engineering, and tool integration
- Familiarity with App Sec and secure AI deployment practices
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain, or similar frameworks
- Experience in enterprise AI adoption and MLOps
Accenture compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. As required by local law, a reasonable range is provided.
