The ACE (AML, Challenges & Actions) team builds and supports AML and Risk platforms that ensure compliance across all SoFi products, empowering the company to meet regulatory standards while safeguarding customer trust.

• Full SDLC:
  Design, architect and implement end‑to‑end solutions encompassing front‑end and back‑end components. Translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality software.
• Back‑end Development:
  Build robust, scalable, secure server‑side applications and APIs. Manage data pipelines for efficient processing and analysis.
• Architecture & Design:
  Contribute to architectural discussions and drive technical decisions that follow best practices.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Conduct unit, integration and end‑to‑end testing to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Advocate for process improvements and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Code Review & Mentorship:
  Review code from junior developers and mentor team members to foster growth.
• Documentation:
  Maintain technical documentation for software, APIs and processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of programming experience on a modern stack.
• Strong expertise in back‑end technologies and programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, C#, Kafka, Postgre
  
  SQL and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative coding environment with code reviews and pull‑request management.

• Experience scaling highly available, mission‑critical systems.
• Test‑driven development with unit and integration testing.
• Front‑end experience.
