Software Development Engineer II (hybrid)

Our software development team builds secure, end-to-end solutions. We are looking for a well‑rounded, full‑stack software development engineer with outstanding C# and T‑SQL coding skills. The candidate will have a proven track record of solving challenging technical problems and creating great products for end users, coupled with exceptional design and coding skills and strong technical acumen.

• Build high performance, highly available and reliable software
• Develop complex components/modules/scripts using .NET technologies
• Design, build and maintain both desktop and web‑based applications
• Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting the complete stack of services
• Partner with Business Analysts on user‑requested applications or projects
• Make recommendations for system changes based on project requests
• Review code and evangelize standards and best practices

This position has a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in our Seattle office (Lake Union/Eastlake).

• Educated. Degree in a related field (computer science, math, physics, IS, engineering, etc.)
• Experienced. 6+ years of relevant software design and development experience
• Problem Solver. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Organized. Proven process improvement and organizational skills
• Skilled. Strong TSQL and database skills, including design and complex query writing for SQL Server databases

• Salary range of $10,075 – $13,631 per month (dependent on experience and qualifications)
