As a remote‑co‑located team spanning the US, UK, Germany, Ireland, and Poland, we drive innovation and deliver commerce experiences that bring people together.

The Buyer Growth team drives top‑of‑funnel growth and first‑time buyer success. You will partner with product, data, design, and marketing to build experiences that attract new users and turn them into loyal customers.

• Lead and scale critical growth initiatives such as onboarding flows, referral systems, sharing, promotion, and rewards hub.
• Develop innovative systems and features for our iOS mobile app using Swift and influence architectural decisions to ensure reliability, scalability, and extensibility.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and deliver enjoyable experiences.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data science to identify high‑leverage growth opportunities and iterate rapidly on experiments.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, with a deep understanding of Android fundamentals and Compose‑driven UI architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering user‑facing features and shipping products quickly.
• Excellent product instincts and a user‑first mindset.
• Bonus:
  • Experience with e‑commerce or social products.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, analytics instrumentation, or growth experimentation tooling.
