Overview

Software Engineer Graduate (Ads Interface and Platform) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) n to apply for the Software Engineer Graduate role on the Ads Interface and Platform team, working to create an exceptional advertising experience and growth strategies for global advertising clients.

• Design, develop, test, and continuously improve Tik Tok's Ads experience.
• Manage the work of a focused team of software engineers, providing guidance, regular feedback, education, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of ads experiences on Tik Tok.
• Take responsibility for the team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Define a long-term technical roadmap and contribute to technical decisions on your team.
• Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment.

• BS/MS Degree in computer science or related technical discipline
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions in a clear and concise way
• Very strong teamwork skills (communication, ownership, empathy, honesty)

• Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus, but not required

Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually):
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112,725 - $177,840 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
