Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a full-time Family Resources Coordinator (FRC). Boyer provides medical, therapy, special education and family services to infants and young children with developmental delays, and their families. The Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) works with staff at all levels, coordinating early intervention services that provide support to young children with developmental delays, and their families. The right person will be able to earn trust quickly, while maintaining a focus on our overall mission. The individual in this position needs to be able to work with many different kinds of people and be able to adapt to a lot of different situations, and support Boyer's commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti‑racism.

Essential

Functions

include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate development, scheduling, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
  • Ensure compliance with Part B and Part C IDEA regulations and timelines
  • Educate families on their rights, procedural safeguards, and available early intervention services
  • Maintain knowledge of community resources and make appropriate referrals
  • Complete required documentation for child files, billing, tracking, and agency records
  • Maintain active registration as a Family Resources Coordinator and attend required trainings
Position Requirements

Required Education, Qualifications &

Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.), in related field preferred, from a four‑year college or university.
  • Prior experience of two years or more
    • in a field of early intervention with demonstrated experience in working with multiple professional disciplines;
    • working in the social work field; and/or
    • working with foster families or with children exposed to domestic violence
  • Must be First Aid and CPR certified.
  • Must possess valid Washington State Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and a reliable means of transportation.
Skills & Abilities
  • Action‑oriented and solution‑oriented with superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to express self effectively, both orally and in writing. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to earn trust and communicate, both in writing and verbally, at all levels and disciplines within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to pass Washington State DSHS criminal history and background check and FBI fingerprint check.

Compensation

$27.01 per hour to $38.38 per hour, depending on experience.
