Job Overview
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for all aspects of management of a balanced portfolio of donors, including the solicitation of major gifts of $25,000 and above as well as planned gifts such as annuities, charitable remainder trusts, and estate intentions. The officer collaborates with Foundation staff, the Administrator, board members, and others involved in fund development.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of development experience with successful results in soliciting individual and foundation major gifts for a non‑profit organization
- 1 year development experience in the healthcare field

Salary & CompensationPay range: $47.05 – $73.04 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
