• Execute and oversee the management of Career Bridge participant intake and assessment, case management, and the participant support fund
• Track participant progress and maintain communications with participants and the Career Bridge Program Manager
• Provide participant support and resources to facilitate successful workforce entry and long‑term career pathway development

• 2+ years of direct service case management, intake, or support experience
• 2+ years of experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, or related roles
• Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem‑solver who can work with minimal supervision
• Experience working with re‑entry and a diverse population

• Medical – $8,741.40 per year
• Dental – $570 per year
