Seattle, WA $60,391.00-$83,397.00
Responsibilities- Execute and oversee the management of Career Bridge participant intake and assessment, case management, and the participant support fund
- Track participant progress and maintain communications with participants and the Career Bridge Program Manager
- Provide participant support and resources to facilitate successful workforce entry and long‑term career pathway development
- 2+ years of direct service case management, intake, or support experience
- 2+ years of experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, or related roles
- Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem‑solver who can work with minimal supervision
- Experience working with re‑entry and a diverse population
- Medical – $8,741.40 per year
- Dental – $570 per year
- Vision – $65.04 per year
- Group Life & ADD – $41.70 per year
