Senior Facilities Engineer

Description

This role is ideal for a versatile, highly skilled trades professional who enjoys hands‑on work and solving complex challenges. You’ll contribute to a wide range of facility, mechanical, and technical projects, applying your expertise across multiple disciplines to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

• Perform a wide variety of work requiring high skill levels and abilities, including but not limited to:
• Electricity and electronics
• Sheet metal work and welding
• Mechanics and machine shop work
• Hydraulics and plumbing
• Painting and ventilation work
• Carpentry, plastering, concrete, and masonry work
• Ceiling installation and floor installation

• Coursework/Training:
  Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses
• National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority --or--
• National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority --or--
• National Boiler Operator Grade III License - State County City Trade License Authority
• 4 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment

• Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement will be based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials or bonus opportunities.
