Job Summary

A Waterproofer will perform a variety of tasks that aid in both the completion and success of a project and assistance of team members. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. • Minimum 3–5 years experience in waterproofing (commercial or residential)
• Performing duties such as waterproofing above and below grade, including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking
• Hot applied systems and traffic coatings
• Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds
• Assisting other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance
• Using hand tools and small power tools
• Work at heights while following safety protocol
• Performing other relevant duties as assigned
