PositionWe are looking for an engineer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform skilled journeyman level day‑to‑day operation, inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and related building systems and controls.

Responsibilities- Perform skilled journeyman level electrical and mechanical duties
- Set up and use journeyman level recovery equipment
- Repair refrigeration leaks, replace compressors, and other refrigeration side components
- Charge refrigeration systems
- Set up, calibrate, and use test equipment related to HVAC/R
- Read and interpret building HVAC/R equipment mechanical plans, blueprints, electrical schematics, and as‑builts
- Troubleshoot hydronic boilers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a four‑year apprenticeship training program and journeyman‑level HVAC technician status
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record
- Valid EPA universal license
- Valid EL06A HVAC/R specialty license
- Refrigeration journeyman license, type A or C
- Boiler license 4th grade or better
- Four or more years experience as an HVAC/R technician in a commercial or industrial setting preferred
