Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Candidate will be traveling between 15-18 sites based on work orders. Candidate will be outfitted with a company van, company approved tools, gas card, cell phone and iPad. The candidate will be interacting with clients at the various sites and should have good customer service skills.

• Each worker will be working 100% independently based on the work orders that come through.

• iPad will show their work orders for the day
• Pick up any needed parts from the warehouse
• Examples of typical work
• Basic plumbing
• General maintenance
• PMs

• 06a Electrician License not required but is a plus
• HVAC license not required but is a plus

• Basic mechanical skills
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and mechanical
• Good working knowledge of HVAC
• Good working knowledge of tools

• Electric knowledge
• Plumbing knowledge

• 1-2 years

• h.s. diploma or GED

• Basic computer and tablet skills
• Basic Microsoft skills
