Cooling Tower Technician

• Apply industrial coatings to HVAC systems and cooling towers.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cooling towers, including:
• Checking water levels and quality
• Inspecting fans, motors, and pumps
• Cleaning and maintaining heat exchangers
• Troubleshoot and repair cooling tower equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including:
• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Following safety procedures for working at heights and around moving machinery
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

• Physical abilities: Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs; ability to climb up and down ladders; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Skills and experience: Experience with basic hand and power tools; valid driver's license; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and take initiative; attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Drug and alcohol screening
• Background check

$25 - $35/hr, with flexibility based on experience.
